Abner G. has been in the spotlight and making music since childhood. With his charm and good look, he has always captured the heart and mind of anyone he encounters. Sunday morning service in his local hometown church of Port-de-Paix Haiti, was always a place of entertainment and joy every time he stood up to sing.
As a singer and songwriter, Abner G. has an extraordinary pop sensibility. His wary lyrics and memorable hooks establish him as a "hit-maker" across multiple musical genres. The scope of Abner G's songwriting ability stretches across a variety of styles including folk, country, rock, pop, reggae and his native music, compas. This unique talent is not only noticeable in the infectious melodies that he creates, but also in the honest and flowing lyrical content that permeates his music and touches everyone who lends an ear.
Abner G. moved to the United States in 1988 where he dealt with aspiring producers and teachers in local colleges. He got involved in acting as well and trained with some of the best teachers in south Florida acting community.
In 2001, Abner G, released is full professional Album "Key to my Heart" This album was itself a work of art. In this album you will find some of the most beautiful ballad that would melt anyone's heart.
Abner G. also writes for movies and television. He was the voice and the mind behind the much talk about Movie sound track " Wind Of Desire" Many of his composition such as "femme Sauvage" Key to my heart" are also feature in this full feature film by Wilkenson Bruna.
This year, Abner G has re-invented the music scene again by bringing you the all new cd " La Vi Pa Fini" This cd which is scheduled to be released in summer of 2004 is believed to be a revolution in the music industry. Stay Tuned.
