From Hangoutband.com:
I started to play music at the age of 13 at a church in carrefour.
I played Gospel music until the age of 17 the same year I recorded with a group “Les coeurs joyeux”.
In my neighborhood waney 87, the group Bossa Combo was born, at that time upon their influence I started to play compass where I met a guitarist named Tony Romain who started to teach me some American and Brazilian music.
At the age of 18 I immigrated to the states where I joined Les Freres Dejean, I recorded two albums with them.
I also recorded with many other artists among them I was invited to Berkley University where I had to make a presentation on Haitian Compas in 1985; the subject was to arrange a compas album for the graduated musicians, I also played the bass in the project, the arranger Mr. Dernst Emile was also my teacher.
In 1980 I joined the group System Band, I spent most of my life playing with them all over the world.
I recorded at least 27 albums in different nations among them 10 hits. My favorite bass player is Bobby Valentine at the present time I enjoy listening to Victor Wooten.
I am really proud to be an Haitian musician and at the present time I have my own group Hangout and I am very happy to tell you that I upgraded my title by becoming the band leader and it is my Last Stop.
